Essential Oils are a huge part of the healing process when working with frequencies as I do. The YOUNG LIVING ESSENTIAL OILS  link is at the bottom of this page on the right hand side. Do have a look...their oils are amazing!  I wear JOY all the time and get masses of compliments on it.  THIEVES is excellent for the first signs of a cold...jut dab a little on the back of your hand and lick it off, and rub it on the bottom of your feet daily to be sure you don't catch any 'bugs'! Sounds weird but believe me it works. Use it throughout the day and those sniffles will be gone in no time. I also use PURIFICATION to cleanse myself and my home...smells lovely!

My classes are designed for you to learn skills that will increase and enhance your own health and well-being, as well as being able to help both family and friends.
