Kinesiology Testing for Nutritionists

Aim
To introduce nutritionists to kinesiology muscle testing techniques. These techniques can be used to check the relevance of vitamins, supplements and herbs chosen for individual clients, and thus amplify the effectiveness of their treatment.
With E.U. regulations being stepped up it is advisable to offer students a diagnostic tool which will enable them to check with each individual which nutrition is of optimum benefit. Kinesiology is such a tool.
Structure
This is a one day course, running from 10am to 5pm and will include:
- A basic introduction to Kinesiology
- Muscle Testing techniques – learn to test a number of muscle circuits in the body... the key to biochemical individuality
- Learn how to prioritize if more than one supplement, vitamin or herb is chosen
- The importance of Sensitivity Testing
- Dosage – learn ways to ensure you offer each individual the correct dosage
